This Lodge is an 19 room natural beauty that has all the conveniences of a modern establishment. Boats and planes are at your disposal to ferry guests to favorite spots or just to go sightseeing. It can accommodate up to 45 people and has staff quarters included.
Easy access to nearby Katmai National Park, it is perfectly situated on the bank of the Naknek River only 1.5 miles from the the airport.
It is a rare property for that part of Alaska. Approx 8 acres fee simple riverfront land with a main lodge with 19 private rooms with baths. It is bordered by native lands and the US Air Force. Most properties in this area are operated from long term leases from Native Corporations. It includes a commercial kitchen, dining room for about 40, two bars, (one next to the dining room and one private bar upstairs). a commercial laundry room, a mechanical room with two new boilers for hot water and heating. There are 10 guest cabins with private baths and 5 employee cabins with a communal washroom/laundry. It takes historically $250,000 per year net of costs. Year round manager is paid $100,000.per year.
