Ada la Bella Garden Estate

Description:

Shaded gardens, working rental units, and a quiet life minutes from the beach
Three units are already in place and earning rental income on a flat, 4,491sqm. garden estate. Most buyers spend years looking for a setting like this one.

Mature trees canopy the property, including two large Guanacaste trees that cast deep shade across the grounds, alongside established fruit trees. Tropical birds move through the branches throughout the day, and monkeys visit regularly. It feels less like a lot and more like a private piece of tropical forest.

Life here moves at its own pace. The setting is peaceful and secure, yet the paved road and public bus stop are only 150 meters away. Tamarindo Beach and the town of Santa Cruz are each about 20 minutes by car.
