Alex Cabrera is a Commercial Investment Advisor, investor, and founder of The CRE Group Miami, brokered by eXp Commercial, LLC. His background includes commercial property acquisitions, asset management, leasing, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy, including experience with an international investment group managing more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Today, Alex and The CRE Group Miami advise investors, property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and business operators on commercial real estate opportunities throughout South Florida. The group's work includes investment sales and acquisitions, buyer and seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, site selection, leasing, and investment advisory across industrial, multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use, hospitality, and other commercial assets.

Alex also works extensively with international investors seeking opportunities in Florida and the U.S. market. He approaches each assignment from an ownership and investment perspective, with a focus on market fundamentals, risk, income potential, and long-term value creation. He is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
