Andy Manthei, Senior Director of Brokerage Services, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2011 to lead the development and growth of the company’s new commercial division in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Andy specializes in the retail, office and industrial leasing and sales. Since 2003, Andy has transacted in excess of $300 million dollars worth of retail, office and industrial properties.

Mr. Manthei represents both tenants and property owners throughout the lease and sale process. He works for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients and fully understands the complexities of the entire lease and sale process, ensuring his clients are completely satisfied.
