As a part of the leadership of The Lasiter Group, Mr. Lasiter is involved in many of the firm's aspects, including business research and development, commercial real estate development, investment & acquisition analysis, and asset management services over the Group’s portfolio. He assists the organization and partners in providing insight in their various investment and commercial real estate insight.

Mr. Lasiter held a position with Doyle Rogers Company from 2006 - 2018, working closely with the company, its partners', and his family’s investments while under the Doyle Rogers partnership. At Doyle Rogers, he was the primary firm member responsible for the procurement of the majority of transactions from outside of the company’s portfolio, and during his over a decade long tenure between 2006-2018, he procured and played a primary role in structuring its largest development project during the time he was with the firm, the Mann on Main project, a joint venture between various partnership entities, including equity held by The Lasiter Group.. This was a renovation and redevelopment of the former Blass Department Store in downtown Little Rock.

Mr. Lasiter received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and his Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis. He also attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock , the University of Mississippi School of Business in Oxford, Mississippi, New York University Stern School of Business, and Saint John's College in Oxford, United Kingdom.

Professionally he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holder of its designation, has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and was accepted into the standards and ethics organization for property professionals as a member of the British based Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Mr. Lasiter has also been a member, student of, and involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
