Bio
With over 20 years experience in real estate finance, development, project management, and leasing, Bob Pekol brings an extensive record of deal experience to his current concentration in retail tenant representation and development. Prior to his association with LandQwest Commercial, Bob worked with national residential and mixed use development companies to identify and purchase sites for development.
Bob spent his early career focusing on the redevelopment of the downtown Fort Myers historic district. He brokered the majority of site purchases for high-rise development surrounding the downtown, including Related Group’s Oasis Towers, High Point Place, and First Street Village. He worked with the City of Fort Myers on the acquisition for the site which is now the Fort Myers Regional Library. Bob has worked with several developers on renovation of 10 historic properties in the downtown core and successfully leased them up with regional and national retailers and restaurants.
