I’ve been a real estate broker for almost 25 years, with experience across many areas of the industry. Over time, I found that the work I value most — and where I bring the strongest perspective — is in commercial real estate and business brokerage.

Since 2020, I’ve focused more intentionally on helping small business owners evaluate, position, and transition their businesses and real estate.

At Cygnus Partners, we are a real estate brokerage at heart, with a strong understanding of the business side of ownership — value, cash flow, financing, and deal structure. We’ve built relationships with lenders and industry professionals to support clients throughout the process.

I represent both buyers and sellers of commercial and investment property, as well as small to mid-sized businesses — often including the real estate. In support of these transactions, I also assist with commercial leasing, primarily representing property owners.

What matters most to me is guiding business owners and investors through the full lifecycle of ownership — from acquisition and growth to transition, sale, and retirement.
