Having had an entrepreneurial spirit at heart, my interest in commercial real estate was sparked in my early teens while witnessing the rehabilitation of a neglected marina in SC. Fast forward to 2009, with a diverse marketing and sales background in wine and IT and a strong desire to deepen entrepreneurial participation, I made the transition to commercial real estate and have never looked back. My CRE journey began with a boutique developer, Lundy Group, based in Raleigh, NC where I focused on leasing, sales, and management activities of medical office, retail, REO assets, and land. My favorite transactions were always those that involved entrepreneurs, self-taught, and self-made individuals with vision. After Jim Baker of Lundy Group passed, I found room to launch Haugh Realty Advisors and in 2018, I began my current adventure. Haugh Realty Advisors was founded largely to participate in legacy building with visionary owners and occupants of office, flex, retail, and land projects in the Triangle and Triad regions of NC.
While commercial real estate is my passion, I also find joy spending time with my 2 littles, my favorite retired Lt. Col of the US Army, our GSP pups, hitting the gym, or practicing on the range.
