Charlie Friedler is Momentum Realty Group’s shopping center and enclosed mall specialist, with a practice built around large-format retail: anchor and inline leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and property management. His transaction experience spans the New York metro area, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, with additional deal history in Georgia, Minnesota, and Michigan.

Charlie has built a reputation for handling complex retail assignments other brokers shy away from mall-to-strip-center redevelopments, co-tenancy and exclusive-use conflicts, and multi-property landlord relationships requiring sophisticated commission and leasing structures. He works both sides of the table fluently, representing landlords on repositioning and lease-up strategy while also driving site selection for national and regional tenants across entertainment, fitness, grocery, and value retail.

Before joining Momentum Realty Group, Charlie served as VP of Leasing at CityView Commercial, where he oversaw a 12 million square foot portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties experience that shaped his ownership-side perspective on asset value and long-term tenant fit.

Charlie is known in the market for being direct, data-driven, and relentless in getting deals to the finish line someone landlords trust to fill space right, and tenants trust to negotiate hard on their behalf.
