Cliff Perotti, is a 40 year veteran of the real estate industry and has sold over 1000 properties and $1 billion in real estate throughout the U.S. He represents clients in the purchase, sale or leasing of commercial-investment, retail, light industrial, multi-family properties and luxury homes.

As a Certified International Property Specialist, Cliff also represents buyers, sellers and investors from around the globe, from subdivisions in India to villas in Italy. His international network covers over 45 countries and over 300 real estate brokers.

Cliff can also be heard as the Host of The Property Beat podcast. He is a former national Master Instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, the author of The Real Estate Entrepreneur (McGraw Hill), and has been published in several real estate trade magazines.

Cliff also runs a local Meetup Group called The Property Beat Investor Club, which meets monthly and where Cliff trains attendees in real estate estate investing.
