Emily Stephen is a commercial real estate advisor with Realistar Commercial, working with businesses and investors across Central Ohio on retail, office, industrial, and land opportunities. She focuses on strategy, deal structure, and execution, identifying opportunities, negotiating strong terms, and moving transactions forward. Emily works with both investors and owner users on leasing, acquisitions, sales, and development, with an emphasis on structuring deals that solve challenges and create practical outcomes.

Emily is actively involved in the commercial real estate community, serving on the Commercial Education Committee for Columbus Realtors, as a Director for Ohio Realtors, as Membership Chair for CCIIR (Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors), and as a member of OCREE (Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors). In addition to her commercial work, she also assists business owners with their residential real estate needs as their goals evolve, creating a seamless connection between business and personal real estate decisions.
