James graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in Finance and Real Estate in the spring of 2023. During his studies, James was awarded first honors for his academic excellence. While attending college, James interned at both Open Doors Management and Bond Realty. Since joining CAA in January of 2022, James has further developed his ability to exceed the client’s expectations.

In his spare time, James volunteers at a non-profit he co-founded, Working for Wealth, where he works to promote financial literacy in underprivileged communities.
