Luis A. Badillo is a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties since December 2003 and is a Commercial Director for the company’s Commercial Division. He started his real estate career in Miami in 1986 after working in the contracting engineering business. At his former companies, he served as Equipment Manager and oversaw the maintenance divisions where he gained experience in total land site development to a finished product, such as Professional Office buildings, Industrial or Storage Warehouse spaces, and or Multi Family construction. His knowledge of investment commercial properties is extensive.
