During the past 33 years, I have specialized in retail leasing, shopping center management, investment property sales, pad site sales and retail land listings. I started with Trammell Crow Company in Corpus Christi in 1987 to help lease their 535,000 SF Power Center. In 1998, I joined Cravey Real Estate Services, Inc. I handle the leasing and management for 30%-40% of the shopping centers in Corpus Christi and handle leasing and management for outlying areas such as Kingsville, Alice, Beeville, Victoria, Portland, Port Aransas, Aransas Pass and other areas. Various customers include HEB Grocery Company, Hunt Development, Ltd, Plains Capital Bank, Cole Investment Properties, Spirit Realty Capital, Kimco, Brixmor, National Retail Partners and others.
