Marshall is a Junior Associate at RESOLUT RE, focusing on retail leasing and investment sales across San Antonio, New Braunfels, and the South Texas region. Currently completing his degree in Real Estate Finance and Development at UTSA, he is set to graduate in May 2026. He is an active member of several prestigious industry organizations, including YCRAN and CCIM, with plans to pursue his full CCIM designation shortly after graduation.
Raised in a military family, Marshall moved extensively across the U.S. and abroad before settling in San Antonio in 2012. This background instilled in him a high degree of adaptability and a unique perspective on diverse markets. By blending five years of "boots-on-the-ground" construction experience with a relentless drive for brokerage and data-driven analysis, he brings a practical, results-oriented approach to every deal. Now a New Braunfels resident, Marshall is a committed Christian who thrives on building lasting relationships and serving his community with excellence. Outside the office, he enjoys life with his beautiful wife, Cassie, and can often be found at local coffee shops, studying Ancient Greek, or enjoying the local parks.
