Patti Loveless possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. She retired from her family owned power equipment store after 24 years to pursue her Real Estate career. She began with a focus on the residential home market in and around West Georgia and the North Metro Atlanta Counties. Now known for her expertise in Residential and Land Sales, she expanded to Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage. Patti's personal experience from all sides of the business sale transaction gives her a unique understanding of the process and the skills to address owner and buyer concerns effectively.

Patti is licensed in Georgia and Florida. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Paulding Board of Realtors, Franklin & Bay County Board of Realtors and Georgia Association of Business Brokers. She developed the mentorship program at Maximum One Greater Atlanta and is the Director of Mentor Program, assisting new and experienced agents in business development.
