My name is Paul Hodges and I specialize in helping individuals, corporations and government clients make and implement strategic commercial real estate decisions in the central Alabama area including: Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook and Wetumpka. I work with owners to sell or lease their property, as well as, represent tenants in the search of the perfect location for their business. I have been a licensed Real Estate broker for 26 years and am licensed in the state of Alabama and Florida. I have many years of experience working with numerous companies providing expert advice on disposition and selection of Commercial Real Estate. I am involved in the management of over 5,000,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution facilities in Montgomery, Prattville and Dothan, Alabama. I also represent owners of retail, office, land, investment and multifamily properties. In addition I work with several local banks on the disposition of REO properties.
I am a member of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, Greater Montgomery Homebuilders Association, Business Council of Alabama, Kiwanis Club of Montgomery and serve as president of the Auburn University of Montgomery Alumni Association Board.
