As the Logistics Team Lead at NewMarket Advisors (Chainlinks), I operate at the intersection of traditional Commercial Real Estate brokerage and advanced Supply Chain Strategy. My focus is singular: helping 3PLs and national retail brands networks optimize their physical footprint for the modern economy.
We are moving past the era of "gut feeling" site selection. Today, network densification, last-mile delivery efficiency, and reverse logistics require a data-driven approach. I leverage advanced GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and location intelligence to peel back the layers of a market, revealing the hidden opportunities that drive efficiency and profitability.
Beyond the brokerage, I am a 3rd generation Las Vegan and an avid Gold Prospector. Whether I’m scanning a topographical map for a vein of gold or analyzing GIS data for a logistics hub, the goal is the same: seeing value where others see only dirt. I bring that same patience, grit, and "dig-deep" work ethic to every client relationship. My other hobby and love is off-road racing, and that has led me to continue to be the UNLV SAE BAJA Rebel Racing Advisor for last 5 Years. Helping mentor advocate for these STEM Students and getting them the tools and support they need.
