A third generation real estate professional and second generation auctioneer in the state of Mississippi, Sterling has aspired to be in the real estate and auction industries since a young age. He grew up working at and attending his father's historic real estate and significant antebellum home auctions.

Sterling attended Mississippi State University acquiring his B.B.A. in business management. Shortly thereafter, with the goal of building a versatile brand, he quickly acquired his real estate, auctioneer's, and contractor's license within a year's span. He began working as a consultant to buyers, sellers, and leasing clients within the Jackson Metropolitan winning "rookie of the year" his first year in the business.

Since, he has been helping buyers and sellers in the central Mississippi market through the traditional and auction method. Winning many awards, most recently a finalist in Clarion’s Ledger’s “Best Of 2015.” The scope of his work stretches from small residential investor clients to million dollar commercial sales.
