Steve was licensed and started servicing in San Gabriel Valley area since 1985. He joined Coldwell Banker Commercial George in 2001 and has been consecutively awarded with numerous distinctions for his outstanding volume production.
Steve is a well-respected commercial real estate industry veteran. He has developed a superlative reputation as a trusted advisor and commercial expert among his clients. Many of them work with him for over a decade. He provides a full range of commercial services including acquiring, selling, and leasing for retail shopping center, multi-family, office, industrial, and development sites. Prior to being a real estate professional, Steve worked as a general partner at Miyako Hotel Little Tokyo (175 rooms, 11 story) development. He handled the negotiations and coordination among City of Los Angeles, Architect, General Contractor, and limited partners, and attorney firms such as Loab & Loab, O’melvney & Myer etc. from site acquiring, design, construction, operation, to sell the property to Kintetsu International and Obayashi Corporation.
Steve is actively involved in Asia community services in Southern California. He is the Charter Member, past President, and currently serves as Advisor and Board of Director of Kiwanis Club.
