Steve has led our Coachella Valley Commercial Real Estate sales office for over 35 years. As a native to the Coachella Valley, Steve has a vast wealth of real estate knowledge, experience and professional relationships to leverage on behalf of both the Tenant and the Landlord in order to meet their goals and requirements.

He has an extensive contact base of local business leaders, City staff, elected officials, investors and merchants. Steve was Vice Chairman of the Indian Planning Commission and an active member of ICSC. His main focus is on Commercial Sales, Leasing and Development and Steve further specializes in restaurant sales and leasing.
