Susan has experience as Senior Environmental Planner and holds designations as National Association of Realtors “GREEN Realtor”, National Association of Home Builders “Certified Green Professional”, Greater Building Council “Eco-Broker”, has certifications in “EarthCraft construction” and “new home sales” and served as Chairman of the Richmond Association of Home Builders “High Performance Buildings Council”.
