errison Quinn joined SRS in 2015 and is Managing Principal for the Newport Beach office. Terrison focuses on landlord representation, development consulting, and big box disposition throughout Southern California including the Los Angeles area, Orange County and the Inland Empire. He has worked with prominent institutional and private landlords and currently represents more than six million square feet of retail space in the market. Prior to joining SRS, Terrison was the number one retail leasing producer for Colliers International for the previous two years for all offices within the Greater Los Angeles region. In 2017, he was recognized at SRS for being a top producer nationally. Terrison is also consistently honored by the industry as Costar Power Broker and recognized as one of the emerging industry leaders within retail real estate brokerage.

Terrison graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in marketing and finance as well as a minor in economics. He has spent time teaching written and oral communications skills to multinational corporations in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
