I broker industrial, office, and retail properties across South Florida through Merriman Diversified Commercial LLC, the brokerage I own and run. I sit on the ownership side of the table every week, so I think like a principal, not a middleman.

Since 2008 I've handled investment sales, lease negotiations, and asset repositioning throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. My deals run from single-tenant industrial buildings to multi-story office complexes to distressed assets that need somebody who understands the numbers and the risk.

WHO I WORK WITH

Property owners, private investors, family offices, and institutional buyers. The deals usually have moving parts. Distressed assets, complex lease restructures, 1031 exchanges, development sites, portfolio sales. I also represent tenants who need somebody who understands their business and their lease economics, not just square footage.

BACKGROUND

Early in my career I worked with a national lender on REO acquisitions, bankruptcy asset recovery, and litigation support. That taught me how to price risk, structure a deal that holds up, and negotiate with lenders, attorneys, and receivers.
