My goal is to be your go-to person from the moment you decide to start looking at alternative places to live to the moment you move into your new home. I assist my clients with services like property tax payments, surveys, utility changeovers, finding contractors, working with the builders as feet on the street. I can also put you in touch with property management firms as this isn’t something I do myself.

My client services include extensive photo and videos of the property, including drone and neighbourhood visuals, even after you have physically inspected the property. My belief is that the more and better informed you are the better decision you can make.

I believe that the decision to purchase property will be one of the toughest decisions, and yet one of the most exhilarating decisions you will make and you want it to be right. This is why I suggest that buyers work with one agent, a buyer’s agent. And being a buyer’s agent is the focus of my real estate career in Belize. Finding that one person that you can go to for your questions is important. It saves time. It saves confusion (there are an awful lot of so-called experts out there just because they did it once). My job is to get you whatever information you are looking for – 1-stop shopping. And when you make that purchase and are happy then so am I.
