The original Lake Louise Lodge was built in the early 50's and was made from native spruce and was used as a hunting cabin. In 1987 a modern, 3420 sq ft log lodge was constructed around the original 352 sq ft cabin. The lodge is know for "the lodge within a lodge"& has been in the current owners family for 34 years providing an authentic Alaskan Lodge experience without sacrificing any of the comforts of home.

The lodge and outbuildings sit on 4 beautiful lake front acres. The facility is smoke fee with with 7 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms in the lodge and a full service restaurant and cocktail lounge. The owners home was built in 2008, it is 1656 sq ft & is connected to the lodge. It features a slab foundation w/ in floor heat, has 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, & has a 210 sq ft green house. The 6 dry rental cabins total 1,304 sq ft, 3 were built in 1970's, 1 in 2014 & 1 in 2015, all have wood foundations, with electric & Toyo Stoves for heat.

Other buildings on the property include a 480 sq ft shop, 240 sq ft generator room, a 390 sq ft Quanset hut currently being used as an extra shop, 120 sq ft boat equipment storage shed, a wood shed, & two other storage sheds.

The lodge provides free Wi-Fi, boat/motor rentals, a playground area, showers, RV water fill-up, gas/propane, firewood and RV parking, & a boat launching service with a dock. Lake Louise hosts weddings, church retreats, corporate business meetings, and has numerous fun, well attended events through out the year for the locals and cabin owners that comes up to enjoy the beautiful lakes. Since 2015 the current owners have been operating the lodge on a part-time basis so they can spend more time with their family. The months that they market & schedule events are from mid-February through the end of September. From October through mid-February they operate on most weekends with several weeks of full closure. Expansion into other product lines then currently used is very possible. Markets such as northern light excursions, ice fishing shack rentals, ice fishing over night tours, snowmachine tours, dog mushing tours, a repair shop for snowmachines, boats and trailers, material delivery on the lake, hunt guiding, fish guiding, marine dock expansion, bait/tackle shop, and a general gift shop are all income making possibilities. There is so much opportunity to capitalize on!

Since the Lodge was purchased in 2007 a complete new septic system to include septic tank, dual lift station and leach field (2007); two new well McLean GOS boilers and dual boiler mates (2007); new generator shed with concrete slab and fire alarm system thermostatically controlled, vents and exhaust fans (2010); 8x12 walk-in freezer (2011); new roof on west side of main lodge to include all new insulation/plywood/ ice and water shield with metal roof (2012); new gas pump and digital reader inside lodge (2012); new well pump and pipe/wiring roughly (2013); Renewable Energy Systems to include 12 solar panels, battery bank and three Schneider inverters (2014); LED lights have been installed throughout approximately 95% of the lodge, cabins and shop (2014); general improvement remodels in all cabins (2014); new heat trace down 150 ft of well pipe (2015); 14x28 rental cabin added (2016); refinished exterior log with Timberflex (2015);new Kubota 24kw generator (2016); new Deutz 30kw generator (2018); new ice machine (2018).
