Long an advocate for facilities that provide assisted-living services to those most in need, Cindy brings solid experience to the unique challenges and opportunities in today’s market environment.

As president of JCH, Cindy has helped build a respected brokerage whose sole focus is in the sales of Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Long Term Care, and Alzheimer’s facilities.

Founding JCH Senior Housing Investment Brokerage was a natural evolution for Cindy. She previously ran a successful advertising agency that specialized in the long-term-care industry, where she helped develop effective marketing campaigns for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer’s facilities. Cindy also held an assisted living administrator’s license for many years.

Cindy holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University. She cherishes spending time with her grandson and is also an outdoor enthusiast who loves to spend time exploring the California desert in her Jeep and boating on the Colorado River.
