His retail experience has helped him personally to understand the needs of business owners. He has worked with several Montgomery Businesses to purchase land and advise them on building their space to best suit their needs.

Jay has been married for 29 years and has 6 children. He is an active member of the First Baptist Church, member of the Montgomery Commercial Real Estate Club, Montgomery Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce.
