Kareem is a Columbus native and a recent Ohio State graduate with a significant amount of experience in retail investment, hospitality, raw land & land development. Shortly after acquiring his license at 18, he graduated from the the Fisher School of Business at the Ohio State University with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Concurrently, Kareem was gaining exposure at reputable CRE firms such as Colliers International, where he specialized on the retail investment team. At Colliers, Kareem analyzed dozens of single-tenant, multi-tenant, self-storage, and out-parceled properties. He was responsible for analyzing complex leases, rent rolls, and comps to determine cap rates and purchase prices on properties worth up to $25 million. He also gained exposure in the hospitality industry by working in acquiring properties for InnVite Hospitality, a local hospitality firm, that enabled him to proficiently evaluate STR reports, ADRs, and other hospitality-specific analytics. Kareem has also had significant exposure in the multiple stages of land development by working with his family on their properties in New Albany, Ohio. He is also an active member of networking organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the Fisher Real Estate Society.
