Bio

As Executive Assistant at JCH, Kristina brings a wealth of varied experience that complements the team well. Her career started with an architecture firm that specialized in the construction and renovation of senior-care facilities. As their assistant, she did everything from documenting jobsites to ordering equipment and materials for the facilities, as well as helping clients with state
licensing applications.

This experience eventually led her to become an assistant to a top-producing Southern California real estate agent with specialties in both historic homes and bank-owned assets. Kristina, who later became a licensed real estate agent herself, handled the bank-owned properties, overseeing them from assignment by the asset manager through close of escrow. In this capacity, she handled pre-market repairs, obtaining bids and overseeing the work, performed property
inspections, and handled invoice management.

Before joining JCH, Kristina was a successful campaign manager for an event-based marketing firm, coordinating exclusive events with Fortune 500 retailers to create brand recognition and exposure for breakout products not yet in the
retail market. She also trained event staff on setup, marketing, and branding specific to each campaign.

With her history in advertising, real estate, and senior housing, joining the JCH team in 2017 was a natural progression in Kristina’s career.
