Mr. Trotter is a Director at B6 Real Advisors where he focuses on investment sales transactions involving multifamily, mixed-use, retail and office buildings, and development sites and conversion opportunities in New York City, particularly on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Previously, he was an Associate Director at TerraCRG, the commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm known for its focus on the Brooklyn submarket.

Before working in the commercial real estate brokerage business, Mr. Trotter enjoyed a successful international career in the legal profession. He held a number of senior business development and general operational management positions with prominent national and international law firms working both in London and the United States, including with noted global firms K&L Gates and White & Case. Most recently, Mr. Trotter served as Chief Marketing Officer for a major regional law firm based in Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Trotter holds a MS in Real Estate from New York University, where he was recipient of the Dean’s Fellowship Award for academic excellence, and a BSc (Econ) Hons in Economics from University College London. Mr. Trotter is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
