Miles Kallial joined Intelica CRETM in the fall of 2018 as an associate broker. Miles is a graduate of University of Missouri, where he majored in business administration. He was a member of Rho Epsilon as well, Mizzou's professional real estate fraternity.

Before joining Intelica, Miles worked for a commerical real estate firm, where he was responsible for expanding his client base and assisting with solving clients' commercial real estate needs. He has a diverse background, with experience in; entrepreneurship (founded a marketing & digital agency, and served as Director of Business Strategy for a private equity/holdings tech company). He was also Director of Client Relations and Construction Disbursing for a real estate title company.

Miles handles landlord representation, project leasing, tenant representation, disposition, contract negotiation, site selection, 1031 exchanges and sale/leasebacks. His focus is on industrial, office, retail and investment transactions. Other aspects of his role include: business development and increasing Intelica CRE presence in sales, leasing, and tenant representation.
