As owner and Broker of a full-service boutique real estate company since 1994 my mission is to focus on high value relationships throughout Ohio.

My background in investment real estate started in 1991 working for the largest independent landlord in the Ohio State University. In August 1994 I started RZ Realty focusing on investment properties and property management. From 1994 to 2008 RZ Realty was successful as a Full-Service firm helping buyers, sellers and tenants accomplish their needs and wants through outstanding performance and dedication. From 2006 through 2008 I was also consulting for a national acquisition company performing due diligence all over the country for assets worth over $1B.. From June 2008 through July 2014, I was called upon to lead Commercial One Realtors as Broker and Partner. RZ Realty thrived through the recession as a primary residential real estate company, while I focused on Commercial Sales/Leasing and Property Management.

In August 2014 I took sole control of RZ Realty with plans of of using my knowledge to lead a successful group of agents and management team to continued success. Our goal is to have team members focus and strive to be the premier private client real estate firm in central Ohio.

I focus on investment properties, I work several out of state Brokers to help them buy and sell real estate in Ohio and earn commissions. I help clients buy property using 1031 like kind exchanges and even simultaneous exchanges (which do not happen all too often).
