Richard has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 1990, representing sellers and landlords as well as buyers and tenants, in all property types. In addition, he has experience in business brokerage and general consulting. His real estate experience is augmented by the nineteen years he spent in a corporate manufacturing environment at Westinghouse and General Electric. Representing local, regional and national clients, Richard has achieved Prudential’s prestigious “President’s Circle” and "Chairman's Circle"designation a numerous times in his career.As a member of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc., the area association of commercial practitioners, Richard has served as board member for 7 years and has served two terms as President. He has also held various board and officer postions for New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and Greater Capital Association of Realtors and he is a certified New York State real estate instructor.
