Barry Bouterie is an Associate at RESOLUT RE in Austin, Texas where he brings a highly driven and adaptable approach to commercial real estate.

Born in Houston, Texas, and raised in South Louisiana, Barry developed a passion for the industry through early, firsthand exposure to high-level market dynamics. He began his professional career in 2021 at JLB Properties of Lafourche, a firm deeply rooted in family real estate expertise. Mentored by his father with decades of institutional experience in investment sales, Barry gained an advanced, foundational understanding of the business from an early age, equipping him with a sophisticated perspective that he now builds upon independently.

Barry holds real estate licenses in both Louisiana and Texas and attended Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. His hands-on experience spans property operations, tenant relations, leasing support, and property marketing. He brings a genuine willingness to outwork expectations as he specializes in the Austin CRE market.

Outside of the office, Barry stays active through golf, working out, running, swimming, and cycling. The same drive and discipline he brings to his athletic pursuits translate directly into his work ethic and dedication to his clients.
