After attending Miami University, Michelle began her career in sales and communications before joining her husband, Steve, in managing Masica Builders. Her entrepreneurial background and commitment to client relationships naturally led her into real estate, where she helped grow the family's residential brokerage before its successful sale in 2008.

Following the sale of the company, Michelle served as Executive Director of the Wadsworth Area Chamber of Commerce, further strengthening her relationships within the local business community and gaining valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing business owners. She returned to real estate in 2011, focusing on commercial brokerage and representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout Northeast Ohio.

After earning her Managing Broker's license, Michelle founded The Masica Company in 2019 alongside her husband, Steve, with a vision of creating a relationship-driven commercial real estate firm built on expertise, integrity, and exceptional service. Today, she leads the firm's brokerage operations while helping clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment opportunities, and long-term real estate strategies. Michelle believes clients deserve a trusted advisor who continues to provide value long after a transaction is complete.
