Mike is the co-founder and CEO of Commercial Asset Advisors. Mike graduated from the University of San Diego in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and minor in Communications. Having grown up in a real estate family between Santa Barbara and Hawaii, and with over fifteen years’ experience in the industry himself; he understands what is required to achieve his client’s goals and succeed in a competitive industry. Mike's award winning business model has been built on the values he has always believed to be paramount. Integrity, hard work, and creativity. Mike prides himself on creating long term relationships with client’s and strives to provide unmatched customer service and strategic advice regardless of asset type, location, or transaction structure.



Mike is a NAIOP member and USD Alumni Member. Personally, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys along with golfing and water sports.
