I have been managing property for over 30 years. My career started as a weekend leasing agent at age 16 and went on to Multi-Family portfolio management then Condo, Single Family, and Commercial industries.

Founder and acting Broker/Owner of Secure Investments Realty and Management, a full-service Brokerage that specializes in Property Management and helping investors buy, fix, and flip their investments in the Gainesville and North Central Florida region.

I feel my success has been rooted in my strong desire to make owning investments property easy and profitable for my clients and teach that skill to others. I became a Florida Realtor Instructor for property management in 2018.

I am CPM (Certified Property Manager) a Designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) that shows you have the knowledge and experience to manage large income-producing properties.

I am also a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) as well as Director of our local Gainesville Alachua County Board of Realtors and MLS Board. I have served and chaired many committees including property management, technology, grievance, and immediate past president for GACAR MLS in 2018.

I stay actively involved in local politics as it pertains to Landlord and rental property rights and am instrumental in helping guide codes enforcement rules to be fair to landlords and tenants alike.

It is my desire to make your investments as profitable as possible and to protect your pride of ownership. I own my own rental property and understand the needs of both the homeowner and the property, as well as the importance of good communication and documentation.

In my free time, I enjoy being at home on the deck perched out over the Suwanee river enjoying my family, 2 grandkids, and 2 labs. When I am not there you will find me teaching Yoga, and Meditation or playing beach volleyball.
