A native Texan raised in a small farming community, Wendy built her foundation on hard work, integrity, and the lasting value of land and homeownership. After relocating to Granbury in 2004, she quickly immersed herself in the local market, earning her real estate license in 2006 and her Broker's license in 2012. Over nearly two decades, she has guided clients through changing markets with clarity, discipline, and thoughtful negotiation.
Wendy's experience spans luxury lakefront estates, residential properties, farm and ranch land, and investment opportunities. Her ability to navigate both lifestyle-driven transactions and strategic acquisitions allows her to deliver informed guidance and strong representation across property types.
When Magnolia Realty - founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines - expanded beyond Waco into Granbury, Wendy joined the brand, drawn to its commitment to excellence, design, and community. In 2019, she became Broker of the Granbury office and in 2020 one of the first Magnolia Realty franchise owners. Under her leadership, Magnolia Realty Granbury has grown into a boutique brokerage recognized for professionalism, refined marketing, and elevated property presentation. The firm takes pride in thoughtful staging and strategic positioning, ensuring every listing reflects Magnolia's nationally recognized design standard while protecting and maximizing value.
