Park Plaza to City Center:

In the late 1960’s the president of the Miles Kimball Company, Ted Leyhe and Mrs. Kimball brought the extremely well known Architect Welton Becket to Oshkosh. He was chosen to design this facility as one of the first central business district enclosed malls.

Mr. Becket’s trademarks/styles are shown throughout the building. A 5 story glass filled center court, specially colored concrete inside and out, teak floors and a 2 story parking ramp are a few examples.
