A. Purpose. The purpose of the C-NR Neighborhood Retail District is to encourage small retail facilities which provide
for the daily convenience and shopping needs of local residents.
B. Permitted Principal Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the C-NR Neighborhood Retail District
1. Retail trade.
2. Retail services.
3. Personal services.
4 Restaurants.
5 Eating and drinking establishments
6. Professional offices.
7 Medical and dental offices.
8 General and business offices
9 Civic and philanthropic uses.
