Description

Move-in ready two-room office in downtown Avon. First-floor space with electronic key entry. Shared lower-level conference room and kitchenette area on the first floor. One parking spot on the back of the property can be designated for the tenant, municipal parking for staff further behind the building, and customer parking on the street. Up to two identification/wayfinding sign spaces are available to the new tenant. Also, additional office space may be available depending on lease length—wireless internet throughout the building. Building access hours can be customized for tenants' operating hours. It may also come up in Google as 53 Genesee St.
