Condominio El Canal is a gated community tucked in the lush mountains of Grecia, Alajuela in the center of Costa Rica. Located 25 minutes away from the airport, 45 from the Great Metropolitan Area, and 90 from the closest beach, you have a great location, close to anything you need, but far away from the traffic and the hustle bustle of the city.

Atenas and Grecia area was dubbed 'the best climate in the world' by National Geographic back in the 90s. Of course this is relative, but Grecia remains fresh as temperatures rise globally. The mountain we are located in receives breeze and during rainy season, the forest gets very lush. Summer gifts us spectacular sunsets.

Our apartments are designed so that you can view the sunset and the forest from the balcony. The towers have six or seven floors, they face the Southwest. There is a wide variety of designs and prices, ranging from 1 bedrooms all the way to 4 bedrooms.

Studios (like the one shown in this listing) are a great option for a couple or a single person and their pet, someone who wants to rent the apartment out, or a small family. Bigger apartments are more comfortable and wide.

It's an 'open concept' so the kitchen and dining area connect with the balcony. The hideaway sliding doors open so that you get fresh air and natural light. It really is a feeling of being close to nature, but in the comfort a modern building.
