Hunt County Regional Medical Center will soon introduce its newest addition to the continued expansion of the County Hospital District.

 

This new regional retail center will house Family Practice, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, and Infusion and this building will begin construction in November of 2022 with a targeted opening date in July 1, 2023.

 

This 17,810 SF medical office building is located at 5101 Wellington Street which is on the corner of Wellington Street and Ridgecrest Road, directly across the street from the Hunt County Regional Medical Center. Hunt Memorial Hospital District is known to its patients, employees, and community supporters as Hunt Regional Healthcare and has grown to offer a wide array of services using state-of-the-art technology at multiple locations throughout Northeast Texas, including facilities in Commerce, Emory, Rockwall, Royse City, and Quinlan.

 

Greenville is strategically located on Interstate 30 and Hwy 69/380, approximately 50 miles from the Dallas Metroplex and only 30 miles from McKinney, Texas. Hunt County Regional Medical Center is currently undergoing a major $28 million hospital expansion. They experience, according to news reports, a 38% increase in surgery cases during the last three years, and endoscopy suites are at 100% capacity.
