In accordance with Jefferson Center's mission as this region's leading arts non-profit, they also strive to provide long and short-term rental space for community partners and individuals at rates far below market rate. This allows Jefferson Center resident partners, many of which are non-profits themselves, to concentrate on accomplishing their mission, rather than maintaining a facility.

Jefferson Center's historic and beautiful facility offers the perfect setting for your organization. Your clients and staff will enjoy the inspiring 1920's architecture. Jefferson Center rates are full-service rates that include utilities, maintenance, and janitorial. Tenant pays for data/ phone.

Jefferson Center's convenient location in Roanoke's Downtown West, is only a few blocks from Roanoke's Historic City Market, and door to the Kirk Avenue YMCA.

Jefferson Center is pleased to offer multiple flexible use office spaces. Great windows in most offices, extremely visible location, with below-market lease rates for nonprofits and forprofits. Ample free parking steps from the downtown center. Lease rates are full service, including weekly light cleaning. Tenants only need to pay for a phone and data line if needed.
