Description

It was constructed in 2009 as a part of a medical complex with shared association parking. The ground floor, consisting of approximately 4,900 SF, includes a medical office of approximately 2,761 SF and surgery center space of approximately 2,139 SF. The second floor offers support general office space of 1,776 SF. The existing furniture and equipment can be made available as well at additional cost.
