Description

The subject property consists of two parcels of land comprising approximately 8.3 acres. The site has been used historically as an industrial property, primarily agrichemical production. In 2019, the structures on the site were razed, leaving behind only the foundations. The property is bordered on the south by Sweetwater Creek and the Tennessee River and to the east and west by industrial facilities. The site has a railroad spur that enters from the west and runs through the middle of the property.

The property is located just off Veterans Drive near the Highway 133 / Singing River Bridge corridor.
