The center is located on the NEC of International Dr. and Kirkman Rd. in Orlando Florida. More than 86,000 cars per day pass this intersection and 177,000 use the I-4 off-ramp directly next to the center. The location has strong demographics: 2 - mile demos include 53,200 workers in addition, to ±56,000 residents and 73,000 new visitors each week. The center will reopen this fall 2023 with a strong lineup of tenants including nationals such as Burlington, TJMaxx, First Watch, Chipotle & Five Below, and rising stars like Sushi Yama Orlando and Pao Na Chapa Brazilian Bakery
