Masseria Il Frantoio is located just outside Ostuni, the 'White City' in the region known as Alto Salento (Apulia, Italy). The main building spreads over ground and first floor, encompassing a total area of approx. 1,300 sqm and features 18 total rooms of different type, with a size ranging from 16 to 30 sqm. A feasibility study confirmed the possibility to increase the current accommodation offer up to 28 rooms, by converting some areas that are currently not in use. Within the property there is also another building (about 200 sqm wide, 1.5km away from the main Masseria), which could be used as a supporting area (either a deposit, additional function, additional room, staff house).
