-Additional signs complying with the provisions of Section 16 may be permitted when granted a Special Permit by the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Special Exceptions:

The following uses may be permitted when granted a Special Exception by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).

-Laundromats services by public sewers.

-Roadside selling, subject also to the provisions of Section 3.19.
